Sustainability and Organic Practices
A&D prioritises the preservation of the ecosystem, water conservation, and biodiversity, aiming to produce natural terroir wines with minimal human intervention. Our vineyards, located at altitudes between 180 and 400 meters, are cultivated organically and sustainably.
A&D is committed to supporting local communities, employing workers from the region and training them to appreciate and preserve the region’s authenticity. This sustainable approach ensures not only the future of our project but also honors the legacy passed down through generations.
Monólogo Wines – A Unique Expression of Terroir
Monólogo wines are monovarietal, crafted from selected vineyard parcels to showcase the distinct terroir of each area. Every year, these wines offer an individual expression, produced with minimal intervention and relying on the natural process of fermentation.
TASTING NOTES
This wine boasts a fresh aromatic profile, with hints of white flowers, thyme, and a citrusy edge, particularly the passion fruit carapace. On the palate, it reveals smooth, silky notes of guava and pear, balanced by a well-adjusted acidity. This wine has excellent aging potential.
