
WINEMAKING
Selection of the best grapes, vinified variety by variety. The Aragonez is fermented in vinimatics, while the other varieties are fermented in lagares with a mechanical press. The process occurs at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Aging in new barrels, mostly of French oak.
TASTING NOTES
Elegant, complex and aromatic with a very pleasant structure and longevity.
This wine is packed in a wood box of 3 units.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Open the wine at least one hour before serving and if possible decant it.
