
Roger Maceaux is a five generations of vineyard enthusiasts have shaped the family legacy, starting with Edmond, followed by René, Roger, and now Patrick, along with his children.
Their vineyards are located in five villages of the Montagne de Reims: Rilly-la-Montagne, Taissy, Trois-Puits, and Villers-Allerand, which are classified as Premier Cru, along with Mailly-Champagne, which is recognized as Grand Cru.
They primarily cultivate three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. This vineyard is committed to respecting traditions and promoting biodiversity through integrated vineyard practices. Since 2016, Manceaux has held a high environmental value certification. Their expertise has been passed down through generations, fostering innovations in both vineyard management and wine production.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: A bright, pale yellow hue, animated by thousands of fine bubbles.
Aroma: An open and expressive nose, dominated by fresh and fruity notes of apricot, peach, and plum, gradually revealing more mature hints of quince and blackberry.
