Manz Rosé has a delicate pink colour and a complex aroma reminiscent of the most fragile and tasty red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries, Manz Rosé is made with Castelão grapes, hand-picked from Manzwine's Cheleiros vineyards.

Soil: Clay-limestone.
Climate: Atlantic.
Vinification: Pre-fermentative skin maceration, in an inert environment and at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. After extraction, the tear must is subjected to a static clarification process. The fermentation process takes place in a stainless steel tank, with temperature control between 14ºC and 16ºC. After fermentation, a period of 4 months of maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks, in conditions that enhance the preservation of aromas.
TASTING NOTES
On the palate, it is balanced with a harmonious and sweet unctuosity and a firm and fresh finish. A very elegant rosé! Colour, light pink colour. On the nose, complex and fruity reminiscent of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Recommended as an accompaniment to starters, sushi, seafood, fish, pasta and salads, it is also a great aperitif.

The ideal temperature to serve this Rosé wine is at 12ºC.
